About Us

About Us

A small church with a big heart, nestled in the beauty of New Hampshire.

Who We Are

Located in the foothills of the White Mountains, Campton Baptist Church is home to a friendly group of Christian believers who will make you feel at home. We think of ourselves as a family — a family that honors God and prioritizes personal faith.

We meet together in our historic buildings for worship and praise; for instruction and counsel from the Scriptures; for fellowship, and for furthering the reach and impact of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Whether you're exploring faith for the first time or looking for a church to call home, you belong here.

Pastor Charles Green

Our Pastor

Pastor Charles Green

Pastor Chuck is CBC's preaching/teaching pastor. Expect to hear from him energetic, biblical messages that are thoughtful and thought-provoking. He relates: "The Bible is filled with the greatest stories and story ever told, and contains the greatest message ever heard or received. As a communicator of that extraordinary content, I strive to measure up to its excellence."

Pastor Chuck is a graduate of Southeastern University (BA) and Liberty Theological Seminary (MA, MDiv, ThM). He is a veteran (USAF), a published writer, a fair golfer and a proud father and grandfather.

What We Believe

We hold to the historic Christian faith as expressed in the Apostle’s Creed.

The Apostle’s Creed

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to hell. The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended to heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty. From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

* “catholic” here means the universal church of all Christian believers.
